TERMS OF DELIVERY

DELIVERY IN METROPOLITAN FRANCE

All orders placed before 23:59 will be shipped the next day, except for orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays which are shipped on Mondays.

Orders placed on holidays are dispatched the next working day.

The deadlines are likely to be modified during periods of big affluence such as national holidays.

 

The Customer has the choice between 2 delivery methods:

Delivery times are the sole responsibility of the Carriers and in no case the responsibility of Margot&Tita. Margot&TIta can not be held liable for non-compliance with delivery deadlines.

 

DOM TOM AND INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

 

All orders placed before 11:59 pm are shipped the next day, except for orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays that are shipped on Mondays, as well as orders placed on holidays that are dispatched the next business day.

In the event of a large number of orders, delivery times may be shifted by a few days.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

Any Customer may request the exchange of his article within 15 days from the date of the order. Returns of orders shipped in metropolitan France and outside mainland France are the responsibility of the Customer.

 

RETURN PROCEDURE

The product for which the Customer requests an exchange must be intact, unopened and in its original packaging. The Customer must attach to his shipment the product, the number of the order concerned by the return, the designation of the product (s) concerned by the return, as well as an exchange request.

We advise you to choose a mode of transport with tracking number. Without a tracking number, we will not accept any claims.

If the article is refused by Margot&Tita, it is returned to the Client at the expense of Margot&Tita without the Customer may require any compensation whatsoever.
