CUSTOMER ACCOUNT

Do I have to create an account to order?

No, you don’t have to, you can click on the “I am not registered” button. However, we recommend that you create an account as this will give you an easier access to your purchase history and tracking of your package.

I forgot my password, what should I do?

First of all, you need to make sure that you have created a Margot&Tita customer account. If so, you must click on the button to reset your password. In case you do not receive an email after checking your junk mail and spam, then please contact us at the following address: serviceclients@margot-tita.com
If you don’t have an account, you should create one.

How do I contact customer service?

You can reach us by e-mail at serviceclients@margot-tita.com, from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm. As emails are treated in order of arrival, we do our best to answer you as soon as possible.

DELIVERY AND ORDER

Is it possible to have your order delivered abroad?

Yes, of course. We deliver to all the following countries: France, Switzerland, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Ireland, United Kingdom, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Estonia, Hungary, Poland, Denmark, Czech Republic, Latvia, Lithuania, Liechtenstein, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Cyprus, Georgia, Albania, Belarus, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Romania, Finland, Greece, Iceland, Northern Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Norway, Serbia, Turkey, Ukraine.

What delivery methods are available?

Delivery is free in France if you purchase at least 3 bottles!
We only offer home delivery. You can choose delivery with or without signature. For any order equal or higher than €50, the delivery is automatically with signature.

How do I track my order?

When you place an order on our website, you will receive a confirmation email. An e-mail with the subject line “Your order status has changed” will then give you a link with which you can track your order. 

I have not received my parcel. What should I do?

In accordance to our Terms of sale, deliveries will be made within a maximum of thirty days. After these thirty days, the customer must contact Margot&Tita at serviceclients@margot-tita.com in order to verify with the Post Office where the parcel is located by means of a complaint. If the parcel has been lost, a certificate of non-receipt of the parcel will have to be filled in to proceed with a refund or a new shipment of your order. Can I change or cancel my order?

Once the order has been validated, it is unfortunately no longer possible to modify or cancel it. However, we invite you to contact customer service at [javascript protected email address].

My order is a gift, can I add a note/gift packaging?

Yes, it is indeed possible to leave a note, up to 150 characters maximum. To do so, when you validate your cart and after having filled in your invoicing and shipping details, you will find an insert where you can write what you wish. 
For the gift packaging, when you are in your cart, you will find a checkbox “I would like a gift packaging”, you just have to click on it, then choose which wrapping you would like between a trio box or a kraft bag. 

RETURN

Can I return products that do not satisfy me?

In accordance with our terms of sale, the customer has a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of receipt of the products. Any return request received by the Seller after this period will be refused. 
The products must be returned to Margot&Tita in perfect condition for resale, in their original packaging and condition, and duly sealed. If they are unsealed, soiled, damaged or broken, they will be refused.

I received my order with a defective product. What should I do?

We invite you to send an e-mail to serviceclients@margot-tita.com, containing your order number, with a photo as proof. This will enable us to make a claim for compensation.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept payment either by credit card or via PayPal.

DISTRIBUTION

Do you have a shop?

There is no Margot&Tita shop, but we are distributed through retailers. You can find the brand’s products in Galeries Lafayette, Marionnaud and pharmacies and parapharmacies. To find the nearest point of sale, please visit our point-of-sale locator: margot-tita.com/store/.

I am a reseller, can I distribute your products?

Perfumeries, department stores, pharmacies, parapharmacies, duty-free, do not hesitate to contact us via our address serviceclients@margot-tita.com if you are interested in reselling Margot&Tita.

PRODUCTS

Are your products tested on animals?

All Margot&Tita products are cruelty free. This means that they are not tested on animals in accordance with the European cosmetic regulation. 

Are your products vegan?

To date, 85% of our collection is vegan. All our body mists are vegan but some fragrances are not. You can identify the vegan products by the “vegan friendly” icon on the ones that are. Some of our perfumes are not vegan because they contain beeswax. We are also working to ensure that we have a 100% vegan collection. Are your products natural?

Each scent in our collection contains at least 90% natural ingredients. The body mists contain a minimum of 97% natural ingredients. I would like to receive the newsletter. How do I do this?

To receive our newsletter, simply tick the box “Subscribe to the Margot&Tita newsletter not to miss anything” when validating your cart.

How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter, you can unsubscribe by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link at the end of an email you receive from us.

OTHERS

Is it possible to receive samples?

At the moment, we do not offer samples but we do offer an advice and shopping service called “Ask Audrey”. You can simply send us a private message on our social networks (Facebook or Instagram) or contact us by email at serviceclients@margot-tita.com and Audrey will be happy to advise you. In addition, all our packages are perfumed, so that you can discover new scents. 

I am a brand or an influencer and I would like to collaborate with you. How can I do this?
